THE 1 HOUR DEPOSIT MADE BY CREDIT/DEBIT CARD UPON RESERVATION IS NON REFUNDABLE IF YOU CANCEL FOR ANY REASON.

If you would like to RESCHEDULE, you must CALL our office 703-989-3041 by 5:00 PM the day prior to the move and no additional costs would be incured.

NON ACCEPTABLE CANCELLATION

You should not leave a voicemail or email to cancel your move. 

If you do not reschedule or cancel your move by 5:00 PM the day prior to your move, we may not be able to schedule you in the future.
